Michaelangelo was born and raised in Amherst, New York. He attended high school at St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and upon graduation attended Canisius College. After two years at Canisius College, Michaelangelo transferred to SUNY – Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Michaelangelo made the decision to pursue a career in law and received a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated cum laude in 2010.

After graduation, he moved back to Western New York. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011, the United States District Court, Western District of New York in 2012 and United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York in 2012.

As an associate at Nicholas, Perot, Smith, Bernhardt & Zosh, Michaelangelo concentrates his legal practice on personal injury, bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. He also handles criminal defense, matrimonial law and landlord-tenant law.

Michaelangelo is a member of the New York State Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, hockey and softball. He is also a huge fan of The Buffalo Bills and The Buffalo Sabres.
